Darma is Eyal Sela's second release in Magda.
Unlike his first CD - Sela - that dealt mainly with music from the Balkans, this creative album is linked to Indian traditions and is influenced as well from Turkish and middle eastern music.
Sela, a musician educated on classical tradition, is searching for quite sometime for different musical traditions and patterns. His main instrument is the flute and here he uses flutes from India and Ireland alongside Norwegian osterdal and Turkish clarinet.
Darma presents other Magda musicians, Yair Dalal and Avi Agababa, that are joining Eyal Sela to a performance that fires one's imagination and revives ancient musical traditions.
